For your convenience, we accept cash, personal checks, money orders, and most major credit cards.

Payment is expected at the time services are performed.

Dental Insurance

We are in-network with Aetna, Anthem, Blue Cross Blue Shield Grid+/DeCare, Delta Dental, Mutual of Omaha, United Concordia and the Dental Health Alliance (DHA) etc. We do accept all other PPO plans even if they are out-of-network. Feel free to call us at 847-949-7305 if you have any questions about your insurance and we will be glad to help. We do not accept Medicaid or DHMO at this moment.
